Hey Guys!
You know how some people have those children who will pose perfect for a Christmas picture??? As you can tell from these pics my children are not those children!! I took my darlings to see Santa this past week. Austin was fine, he was really nervous Santa would say he was naughty! Guilty conscious or what?! Nathan was fine until we got close to the big jolly fellow. He screamed and kicked to get away. He would have no part of it. We came home and I decided since they were all dressed up maybe I could get a good pic of them together to put in Christmas cards. The following is a glimpse of what happened. Twenty five pics later I gave up and decided to pic the goofiest of all and send it out. Then everyone can see what zoo I live in!!! These two boys have such a goofy bone in them there is never a dull moment around here! That may explain why I never have time to sit at the computer anymore.
In all seriousness the boys have been doing great. Austin is normally busy with school, scouts and friends. He is getting so tall. Between the height and attitudes I know we are hitting a preteen stage! He has one more week of school and then home for 2 1/2 weeks! Let the fun begin!
Nathan is doing great. he is still a little squirt, weighing in at a whopping 26pounds! He will probably always be small! He is still in therapy but it will all end when he turns three. He is so academically advanced it is almost scary. His therapists say he will be extremely bored in pre k! He will prob get in trouble alot...he can't stay still!!
I'm sorry I never seem to have time to update but if you know boys you know why I never have time to sit here! I have break today...school still out due to our big snow yesterday and my two are a lil worn out from playing in the white stuff this am! Hope everyone is fine and I hope everyone has a great Christmas!!!!

Trip to the Beach

We took a quick beach trip with the kids this past weekend! Austin had a blast playing in the waves and sun. I think he is still worn out! Nathan did better than last year but he still hates the sand! He finally sat and played a little and seems okay as long as his feet don't touch the white stuff! Grandpa got him to take a short walk in it but that was enough for him. At least he seems to like the pool now!

Life is busy as usual. For those who don't know, we bought a new house and are about to start moving soon. We will be able to get in it this weekend and will begin painting. Hopefully we will move in a couple weeks! I love the house but of course the idea of moving everything is a little overwhelming!

Hello

Hey Guys! Things have been extremely hectic around here!! These boys are into everything and I never get a moment to stop and update! This will be short but at least I have some new pics for ya!

Austin is taking the LEAP test this week so we are stressing about that right now. Other than that he is doing fine. He is growing way too fast! I think we are both about ready for this school year to be over. We have less than two weeks until spring break...YAY!!!!

Nathan honestly never stops! He is running in a circle around the house right now! He is energetic to say the least. He is always on the go! I now call him the Destructor! He has decided to see how fast he can tear the house apart everyday. I think he tries to beat the previous day's record! He now goes to a sitter three days a week. He really seems to like it. It gives him a chance to learn some socialization skills and gives me a chance to get some paperwork done for the company. He seems to be coming out of his shell more now since we started this!

Happy New Year!!!

I hope everyone had a great Christmas! We have been running like crazy!! Christmas was a lot of fun. Nathan has finally mastered opening presents. Austin got almost everything he asked Santa for so he is pretty happy!
We had Austin's birthday party on the 29th at Laser Tag and let me tell you, I can't remember when I've had that much fun! It was by far the easiest and most fun party I think he has ever had! Now we are getting ready for Nathan's 2nd birthday which is next week. Can you believe it...TWO!!! We will be having a party at the house on Sunday the 13th. Everyone is invited. Hopefully invitations will go out today or tomorrow. We will have a space walk (mostly for the older kids) and will Bar-B-Q hamburgers and hotdogs.

Santa was here!!!

Hello guys!!! I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and is ready for Christmas! I took the boys to have their pics taken with the big guy! Austin was excited and Nathan was TERRIFIED!!! I took Nate by himself last week but the only way he would get close to Santa is with me holding him. I will hopefully be able to post that pic soon. I didn't get the disc because I thought if Austin sat with him he would be o-kay...WRONG!!!! Anyway these pics are cute even though my lil one is screaming his head off! Austin's came out wonderful! I am getting extra prints made so hopefully I can send some out to ya'll!

Nathan went to the doc for a check up today. He weighed in at 21 1/2 pounds. I was a little disappointed being as I felt he should have gained more but his doc said she thinks he is doing good. He is 32 1/2 inches long. We will be having some tests run in the next couple weeks but mostly just for precaution. He will have his ears checked and see an allergist. He was allergic to eggs and we want to know how severe the allergy is so we will know what precautions to take as far as shots and such. His hearing seems fine but his speech therapist has mentioned he may have a processing issue which is holding his speech back. We'd rather check into these things now rather than find out there is a problem later on. I'll try to keep everyone updated.

Austin gets out of school for the holidays next Friday and boy is he ready! He will be out 16 DAYS!!!! Fun Stuff!!!

I'm sorry, once again, for not posting more often but I never get a minute to sit at the computer anymore! Maybe I'll do better when Nate is five...or 25!!! If I don't get to post again before, I hope everyone has a great Christmas!!!

Finally PICTURES!!!!

Hello all!! I finally have a minute to post some pics! The first one was taken during the summer but the others are from this past week. Yes he was getting into trouble but he just looked so darn cute while he was at it! He is climbing on EVERYTHING. This is Nate's new favorite thing to do...climb on the fireplace and give me a stroke! He has jumped/fallen off twice but he still gets up there at least three times a day. Trust me, I can't take my eyes off of him for a second! This is the reason I don't have time to post updates or email anymore!!

Everyone is doing great here Austin just got back from seeing the Blue Angels in Pensacola. My parents took him over there for the weekend and it sounds like everyone had a great time. I will hopefully be able to post some pics of that in a day or so. Take Care!!

Hey! Yes I know, still no pictures! Hopefully soon. I am having some problems with my camera.

The boys are doing great. We are getting ready for Halloween! Austin keeps changing his mind on his costume so he may be a mixture of a bunch of things! He will be unique, as always! I have been running like crazy between school and preparing for our Halloween Party. Those of you who are local and want to come please do! It will be Oct. 27th at 6:00pm at my parents house. The more the merrier! I know the kids have really enjoyed themselves in years past. What started out as a small get together has turned into quite an event that we will probably continue until we are too old to decorate for it! We all have so much fun!! If anyone needs directions call me, or send an email to me!

Nathan continues to do fine. His therapy is working as he is tearing my house APART!!!!! He is quite a lil handful. As my mom puts it, we are thankful he is into everything, it shows how far he has come! We are very thankful for our two healthy boys!!!!
